GENERAL
1.
These are the terms and conditions on which we, DONG Luxury Travel Collection ("We", "Us", “Our"),
enable you ("You", "Your") to register for DONG Connection Events (“Our Events” or “Connection Event”).
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering to attend Connection Events. You
should understand that by registering to attend Our Events, You are agreeing to be bound by these terms
and conditions.

You should retain a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.
3.
Please understand that if You refuse to accept these terms and conditions, You will not be able to
register to attend Our Events.
4.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject
matter and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in
writing.
EVENT FORMAT AND CONTENT
1.
The format and content of the Connection Event will be displayed on Our official App from time to time
once Your participation is finally confirmed.
2.
We reserve the right to make changes to the Event format and content.
3.
If the format of the Event changes, Your registration remains valid; however, We reserve the right to
adjust the booking value and offer a credit towards the following year’s Event.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
1.
The price of attending Connection Events (the “Price”) will be as quoted in Our Invitation. Unless
otherwise stated, the Price is in US Dollars and is net of VAT (which will be charged where applicable,
along with other local taxes.)
2.
The Price is liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect Your registration in respect of
which We have already sent You a Confirmation.
3.
If a participation request is made within 120 days of the date of the Event, payment shall be due
immediately upon booking.
4.
If a participation request is made more than 120 days before the Event date, We shall send You an
invoice with Your registered company name and payment of the Price shall be due within 14 days of the
invoice date.
5.
Time shall be of the essence in respect of payment obligations.
6.
No payment shall be deemed to have been received until We have received cleared funds.
7.
In the event of late payment, a penalty at a rate of 0.05% of the outstanding amount will be charged
per day.
8.
If You register for a half-table, You are responsible for finding a partner to share Your table. If
You fail to find a partner, Your registration will be upgraded to a full table, and You will be liable
for the rate difference.
CANCELLATION AND DAMAGES
1. Cancellation by Exhibitor
1.1
Upon acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, Your registration is then confirmed and definitive.
Cancellation is permitted only under the conditions set out in clauses 1.4 and 1.5 below.
1.2
Your request to participant in the Connection Event is a commitment to attend. Your registration
affects availability for other attendees because this event has limited capacity. Registration, transfer
and cancellation fees are location and event specific.
1.3
Please carefully review the event information (as stated in the Invitation) before completing your
registration.
1.4
If You request to cancel Your participation in the Event between the date of payment and Dec 16, 2026,
We shall charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of such prepayment.
1.5
If You request to cancel Your Participation in the Event after Dec 16, 2026, a cancellation fee of
100% of the payment shall apply.
1.6
If You cancel the registration, any applicable refunds will be returned to the original payment
account via the same channel. Please note that if an individual account was used for payment instead of
a company account, the refund will be issued solely to that individual account.
2. Termination by Organizer
2.1
We reserve the right to terminate these terms and refrain from reserving the table for You in the
following scenarios:
2.2
In the event that You fail to fully discharge its payment obligation for the Price prior to the
payment deadline explicitly stipulated within the invoice. Such failure shall be construed as a material
breach of these terms.
3. Force Majeure and Cancellation by Organizer's Own Reasons
3.1
In the event of force majeure, We shall have the right, within applicable law, to postpone the Event.
We will promptly notify You of the postponement details.
3.2
If the Event is cancelled due to reasons directly attributable to Us, the full amount shall be
refunded without deduction. Alternatively, at Our sole discretion, You may allow Us to retain the paid
amount for use at future DONG Event. In either case, We shall provide detailed documentation of any
deducted costs upon Your request.
NOTICES
All notices given by You to Us must be given to Us by email to: connection@36dong.com
We may give notice to You at the email You provide to Us when making a booking, or in
any of the ways specified in the written communications section above. Notice will be deemed received and
properly served 24 hours after an e-mail is sent. In proving the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to
prove, in the case of an email, that such e-mail was sent to the specified e-mail address of the addressee.
PUBLICITY
We may use photographs, screenshots and videos taken at Events for publicity and marketing materials, including
use on Our social media channel. By attending the Event, You acknowledge that You may be featured in such
materials and agree to such use. If You do not wish to be included, please notify the photographer and
videographer at the Event before footage is taken.
OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes
in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and
changes in Our system's capabilities.
2.
You will be subject to the terms in force at the time of registration, except where changes are
required by law or governmental authority (which will apply to prior registrations), or if We notify You
of changes before sending the Confirmation (in which case We have the right to assume that You have
accepted the change to the terms and conditions, unless You notify Us to the contrary within seven
working days of receipt by You of the Confirmation).
